She is survived by: her children, Tammie Smith of London, KY, Randall Brock (Alecia) of Keavy, KY and Daniel Brock (Ashley) of London, KY; and her grandchildren, Sierra Smith (Joseph), Maci Brock, Kaitlyn Brock, Madison Brock, Sofia Brock and Olivia Brock.
