He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Potter and Maggie Benge McFadden; his son Craig Robert McFadden; and his siblings, Irene Philpot, Jewell Allen Hammons, Patsy Minton, Fern McFadden, Ladel McFadden, Mendel McFadden and Robert Earl McFadden.
He is survived by: his son James Bart McFadden (Tamara); his daughter-in-law Lori Campbell McFadden; his siblings, Alice Cupp and Perry "Ben" Chapman McFadden (Phyllis); his brother-in-law Paul Minton of London; and his grandchildren, J. B. McFadden, Joseph McFadden, Jared Chesnut and Lainey McFadden.
