He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hensley Collins; his children, Elaine Salyers of London, KY and Dustin Collins of London, KY; his sister Ola Ruth Reinking of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Monica Salyers (Tate), Jason Collins, Travis Collins (Ashley) and Kelsey Gabbard (Charlie); and his great grandchildren, Tanner, Breanna, Harrison, Ava, Ryder and Charlie Kate.
