He is survived by: his children, Amanda Smith of London, KY, Rodney Stewart of London, KY, Scott Wagers of London, KY, Megan Cotton of London, KY and Lyndessa Stewart of London, KY; his siblings, Charlie Stewart and Ruth Collins; and his grandchildren, Arnold Ethan Mills, Addison Stewart, William Smith, Dominik Wagers, Ava Stewart, Josie Smith and Karter Cotton.
