He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mae Carpenter Deaton; his sons, Barry Lane Deaton of London and Jeremy Deaton (Lisa) of Berea; his siblings, Wanda Jean Deaton of London, Brady James Deaton of Virginia, Ronald Noble Deaton of London, Donald Gobel Deaton of Hindman, Kenneth Paul Deaton of Pennsylvania, Terry Dean of Tennessee, William Ivan Deaton of Tennessee and Dawn Renee Roy of Simpsonville; and his grandson Cody Eugene Deaton.
