He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Ray Lewis and Betty Johnson Angel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lawson Lewis; his son Ethan Lewis of London; his grandchildren, Maddie Lewis and Jayce Lewis; and his stepgrandchildren, Braxton Ison, Jensen Ison, Eden Ison, Jeremy Robinson and Shawn Robinson.
