He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Middleton and Alice Harris Middleton; his wife Hazel Saylor Middleton; his children, Angelo Dewayne Middleton of London, Laponza Gross of London, Jack Middleton of London, Kristi Middleton of Harlan and Ginger Bray of Berea; his siblings, Shannon Middleton of Hyden, Rick Middleton of Georgia, Tony Hank Middleton, Jeannie Middleton, Conda Griffith of Florida, Violet Duquet of Michigan and Cathy Hedrick of North Carolina; his son Rex Middleton; and his sibling Valerie Middleton. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren plus a host of other grandchildren.
