She is survived by: her parents, Seibern Hazelett and Phyllis Adkins; her daughter Kristen Collins (Cody); her granddaughter Karsyn James Collins; and her sisters, Amanda Elkins (Thomas), Jennifer Hazelett and Dawnna Collins. She is also survived by ten nephews and two nieces, and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home (2931 US-23, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
