She is survived by: her mother Star Patton Robbins Kusiak of London; her son Michael Jacob Allen of London; her siblings, Brandy Suzanne Robbins Mullins of London, Walter Blake Kusiak of West Virginia, Cassandra Hibbard (Chris) of Gray and Samantha Jones (Andrew) of Alexandria, Kentucky; her grandparents, Fred, Louann Patton of London and Sandra Kusiak of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her stepfather Walter Kusiak.
