She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Howard; her parents, Samuel Elbert Cheek and Edna Mooney Cheek; and her siblings, Glenna White, Randell McFadden and Arvel Cheek.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Howard of London, KY; her siblings, Patsy Holthouse (Phil) of Ohio and Wencil Cheek (Edith) of Kentucky; and her granddaughters, Cassandra Howard and Jessica Carpenter.
