She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Collins and Ruby Collins (McWhorter); her husband George Osborne; her children, Carol Sue, Mary Alice, George and Freda; and her siblings, Eva Mae Caudill, Gladys Walden, Vernon and Elwood Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Allen of East Bernstadt, Donnie Osborne of East Bernstadt, Ronnie Osborne of East Bernstadt and Johnathon Osborne of Eubank, Kentucky; and her siblings, Shirley Kennedy (Louis), Anna and Paul Denver Howard (Linda) of California. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
