She is survived by: her daughter Davita Jones of London, KY; her siblings, George York (Linda), Diane Frazier, Cecil York Jr., Velma Smith and Kaye Hubbard; and her nieces and nephews, Brad Frazier, Mike Frazier (Leslie), Corey York, Jason York, Eric York, Chris York, Gary Bruner, Joe Smith, Billy Smith II (Tracie), Brigitlee Adams (Roy), Whitney Collier (Randy) and Lindsey York.
