He was predeceased by: his wife Evvie Louse Parman; his parents, Jesse Parman and Lucy Jackson Parman; and his siblings, Edna Stroup, Ruby Parman, Dorothy Napier, Billy Parman and Kenneth Parman.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Parman of London, KY and Teresa Garland (Carl) of London, KY; his grandson Justin Garland of London, KY; and his great grandchildren, Harper Garland and Hudson Garland.
