He is survived by: his nieces, Laura Crawford (Dan) of Granger, IN, Kimberly Hayes (Doug) of Syracuse, IN and Melissa Naff (Byron) of Elkhart, IN.; his nephew Todd Campbell (Debbie) of Knoxville, TN; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Drew Hayes (Kira), Chase Hayes, Ashley Crawford, Phillip Crawford, Tyler Naff, Colin Hayes, Chandler Naff (Emily), Madissen Walker (Aaron), Nicholas Campbell (Hannah), Tiffany Dunlap (Landon), Allyson Campbell and Lauren Hayes; and also Walker Hayes.
