He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kouns and Mary Alice Harr Kouns. He is survived by: his brother Chuck Kouns; his wife Wanda Madden Kouns; his children, William Cory Kouns, Jeffrey Ryan Kouns, JJ Fletcher, Jon Brumfield, Adam Brumfield, Sydney Fletcher and Stephanie Adkins; and his siblings, Bob Kouns (Diane) of Maloneton, Dana Hickle of South Shore, Chester Kouns (Patricia) of South Shore, Fonteen Nelson (Ron) of West Portsmouth, OH and Beverly Rose Dalton of South Shore, KY. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
