She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Wayne and Mildred Ruth Montgomery Bush; her daughter Alison Jean Burnett; her brother David Bush; her son-in-law Rodney Salyers; and her sister-in-law Lesli Bush.

She is survived by : her daughters, Melissa Salyers of Greenup, Amy Jo Williams (Robert) of Lloyd and Carey Burnett Boggess (Chris) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Kyle Kilburn, Kelley Kilburn-Baldridge, Jessica Burnett, Jennifer Barnett, Dakota Potter, Joseph Salyers, Adam Salyers, Rodney Salyers, Catherine Stevens, Ryker Stevens, Nicholas Stevens, Brody Stevens, Julian Boggess and Myles Boggess; and her siblings, Sue King (Dwayne), Nancy Elrod (Dennis), Jeannie Riedel (Jim), Theresa Carey (Dan), Lisa Lara and Randy Bush. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
