She is survived by: her mother Ruby Hurst Baker of Lloyd; her children, Matt Baker of Lloyd, Kentucky, Shayla Tackett of Flatwoods, Kentucky and Shawna Tackett of Flatwoods, Kentucky; her stepson Steven Tackett of Ashland, Kentucky; her brother John Baker (Rachel) of Lloyd, Kentucky; her half-brother Eddie Ray Baker of Greenup Kentucky; her grandmother Clara Baker of Greenup, Kentucky; her aunts and uncles, Wanda Bays of Lloyd, Christine Colegrove (John) of Lloyd, Phoebe Rose (Charlie) of Greenup, Kentucky, William Perry Hurst of Chilicothe, Sherman Baker (Bobbie) of Wurtland, David Baker (Margie) of Wurtland, Carl Baker of Somerset and James Baker (Becky) of Greenup, Kentucky; her close friend Jeremy Bibbee of Ashton; her grandmother Barb Barnett of Point Pleasant; her close friends, Champagne Romine of Worthington and Bob Perdue of Ashland, Kentucky; and also Kim Hedricks.
