She was predeceased by : her parents, Hollis Bradbury and Imogene Hilton Bradbury; and her husband Luther Palmer. She is survived by : her children, Tony Palmer (Angie) of Franklin, Tim Palmer of Greenup, Thomas Palmer (Kathy) of Grayson, Kentucky, Vicky Webb (John) of Raceland, Cindy Knipp of Flatwoods, Crissy Palmer of Lloyd and Candy Renee Melvin (Matthew) of Raceland, Kentucky; and her brother David Bradbury (Donna). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren: six great-grandchildren.
