He was predeceased by : his mother Nellie Frasure Bush; and his wife Merle L. Bush. He is survived by : his father John Bush; his daughter Heather Kesner (Stephen); his grandchildren, Jonathon Skow, Stephen Kesner, III and Lorelai Kesner; his brother Roger Bush (Lori); and his nephew Bronson Bush.
