She was predeceased by : her husband Lloyd Oscar Sisk Jr.; and her parents, Hubert William and Addie Beatrice Horrell Peveler. She is survived by : her daughters, Tanya Sisk White (Keith) and Terri Sisk Pulley (Kevin); her grandchildren, Misti Dawn Cheetham, Shane W. White (Laura), Lauren Meredith Hosie (Justin) and Tavis Pulley Ballinger (Dan); her great grandchildren, Ryan Lloyd Morris, Lyndsay Cheetham, Polly White, Paige White, Lloyd Hosie, Noa Hosie, Braddock Hosie and Leland Boyd; and her great great grandchild William Morris.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Shriners Children Hospital, the Lexington Humane Society or to one's favorite charity in Helen's memory.
