He is survived by: his former spouse Margorie Jeanette Scott; his wife Marjorie Jeanette Sparks of Bottom Fork, Kentucky.; his sons, Rick Sparks (Jettie) of Frankfort and David Sparks (Melanie) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his siblings, Major Sparks (Ella) of Whitesburg, Wendell "Buck" Sparks (Shirley) of Mayking, Kentucky. and Vel Spangler of Kettering, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Morgan, Marley, Peyton, Kiara and Kevin.
