He is survived by : his wife Connie Rae Allen Hall; his children, Austin Hall of Lloyd, Marley Hall of Greenup and Crystal Hogsten (Joe) of Lloyd; his siblings, Creed Hall (Louann) of Greenup and Kathy Hale of Lloyd; and his granddaughter Addison Hogsten. He is also survived by ten Several nieces, nephews, and family.
