She was predeceased by : her parents, Commie Lee and Melvina Horsley Lee. She is survived by : her son William Ralph Madden; her siblings, Gladys Jackson (Raymond), Violet Carter (Bob), Evelyn Stuckey (Ray), Rosetta Ater (Floyd), Charles Lee and Bernard Lee (Betty); her husband Herman Richard Madden; her children, Vickie Blair (Arthur) and Alan Madden (Markie); her daughter-in-law Connie Moore Madden of Lloyd; her brothers, Marvin Lee (Debbie) and Jerry Lee (Annie); her sisters-in-law, Celia Lee of Frankfort, OH, Eldean Madden of Lloyd and Ruby Imel of Greenup; her grandchildren, Sara Gullett (Daniel) of Lloyd, Jessica Lewis (Jeff) of Lloyd, Cassie Blair of Lloyd, James Madden (Paige) of Lloyd, Jordan Madden (Hannah) of Lloyd and Katie Barrick (Andy) of Tralee Ireland; and her great grandchildren, Eli Lewis, Jackson Gullett, Gage Gullett, Landry Lewis, Connor Fraley, Evelyn Barrick, Belle Madden and Oliver Barrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
It is requested that COVID protocol be followed by always wearing mask and social distancing while attending the services.
