She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sneed and Della Mae Bryson Sneed; her husband Elvin Duncan; and her sister Gaynelle Needham. She is survived by: her children, Keith Duncan of Roseburg, Oregon, Rodney Duncan of Roseburg, Oregon and Angie Madden (Anthony) of Leatherwood; and her grandchildren, Amanda Paxson (Dustin), Tiffany Keeton (Aaron), Caleb Duncan, Jesse Duncan, Morgan Duncan, Mason Duncan, Noah Duncan and Justin York. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
