He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas "Mutt" and Ruby Catherine Whitaker Case. He is survived by: his children, Tim Case of Owensboro, Tesia Case (Frank Harris) of Hartford and Hailey Case of Livermore; his grandsons, Caleb, Tucker and Kenneth; and his siblings, James Case (Becky) of Livermore, Darrel Case (Anita) of Livermore, Steve Case (Patricia) of Livermore, Liz Douglas (Jeff) of Livermore and Marcella Conrad (Morton) of Livermore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
