It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Brooks of Livermore, Kentucky, who passed away on August 25, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hatfield and Addie Mae Shock Hatfield. She is survived by: her daughter Nichole Nathan (Tyrone) of Gallatin, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Heather DeHart (Michael), Rachel Stringer (Jacob), Cody Brooks and Jacqualine Crafton (Richard); and her great grandchildren, Destinee DeHart, Gage DeHart, Emmett DeHart, Alexia Willis, Lillian Stringer, Benjamin Stringer, Evelyn Stringer, Carmel Charles and Roland Charles.
The Shirley Brooks family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center, Resident Activity Fund; P.O. Box 39; Calhoun, Kentucky 42327. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Livermore.
