She is survived by: her parents, Collin Dane and Corie Paige Rice Eaton of Livermore; her sister Shiloh June Eaton; her grandparents, Roger, Carol Eaton of Island, Donald and Shelby Rice of Owensboro; and her great-grandparents, Hugh Ike Eaton of Island, Anne Wood Conrad of Island, Jan Neal of Berea and Marilyn Rice of Owensboro.

The family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Ronald McDonald House of Louisville; 550 South 1st.
