He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bell; his daughters, Theresa Bell (Bill Johnson) of Livermore and Retha Chambers (Chris) of Island; and his brother Sherrell Bell of Utica. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
