He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Roland and Mary Evelyn Davis Dame. He is survived by: his former wife Martha Joyce St; his wife Joyce Dame; his children, Rodney Dame (Cristy) of Owensboro and Angelia Dame of Livermore; his grandchildren, Connor Dame, Macy Dame, Kennedy Durham, Morgan Durham, Ryleigh Durham and Greyson Durham; and his siblings, Ricky Dame (Patty) of Island and Lou Jane Miller (Byron) of Utica. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
