It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mendy Neal of Livermore, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cheryl Stinogle and Roy Stinogle of Livermore; and her stepsiblings, Rocky Stinogle (April) of Island and Angela Stinogle of Central City. She was also cherished by family, Mendy leaves behind an aunt, an uncle, several cousins, and many friends.
