He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Bell and Mary Frances Patrick Bell; his brother Larry Bell; and his stepbrother Butch Cook. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bell; his children, Jeff Reynolds (April) of Livermore, John Mark Bell of Livermore, Janella Redfern (David) of Sacramento, Jessica Troutman (Ashley) of Calhoun and Jaclyn Kassinger (Jake) of Livermore; his grandchildren, Justin Reynolds (Lindsey), Brittany Heath (Cody), Grayson Reynolds, Trenton Redfern (Megan), Colton Redfern, Addie-Belle Redfern, Kate Morris (Dustin), Clayton Troutman, Jacey Troutman, Makayla Kitchens, Eli Bell and Keagan Kassinger; his sister Faye Howard of Shelbyville; and his stepsiblings, Janella Fulkerson (Steve) of Owensboro, David Cook (Patty) of Owensboro and Rob Cook of Lexington. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
