He is survived by: his mother Annatta Marie Bowman Bailey of Sacramento; his wife Kerry Bailey; his sons, Heath Bailey of Livermore and Blaine Bailey of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Brianna Abney, Jordan Bailey, Jase Owens and Kieren Owens; and his sisters, Kim Miller (Wendell) of Sacramento and Tari Bailey of Sacramento.
