He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest A. Burden and Geneva Riley Burden; his daughter Regina Seamans; and his siblings, Gene, Mervin, Billy, Richard, Les, Gerald Burden, Wilma Williams, Ruth Patterson and Doris Burden.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Lois Shocklee; his wife Sarah Jean Hicks; his daughter Tammie Wells of Calhoun; his stepchildren, Greg Graham (Pixie) of Estero, Florida and Becky Strode (David) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Shelly Tat, Lindsey Graham, Brandon Adkins (Ashley), Toshua Anderson (Jessica) and Keisha Onan; and his sister Margie Haney (Mike) of Fordsville. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
