He was predeceased by: his parents, Estle Murl and Phyllis Rea Caudle Hillard. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Hillard; his children, William Hillard (Diane) of Livermore, Julia Trimble (Shannon) of Island and Jennifer Albin of Livermore; his stepsons, Jonathan DeYoung (Jessica) of Island and Thomas DeYoung (Michele) of Livermore; and his siblings, Estle Murl Hillard, Jr. (Darlene) of Utica, Rose Howard of Livermore, Lynn Mason (Ricky) of Livermore and Carla Kassinger of Central City. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
