She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Woodruff and Lula Woodruff; her son Joe Mitchell; her siblings, Elizabeth Chaimberlain and Melvin Woodruff; and her stepson Joe Hedges.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Hedges; her son Gilbert Mitchell; her granddaughters, Amber Gebhard (Terry) and Brittney Masterson (John); her stepdaughter Melissa Allen; and her great grandchildren, Memphis Gebhard, Savannah Bickett, Zach Mitchell, Dexter Hedges, Taylor Hedges, Jaycee Hedges and Jacob Hedges. She is also survived by her dog, Cookie and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
