He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Hicks and Ida Fulkerson Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hicks; his children, Dwayne Hicks (Lisa) of Livermore, Wendell Hicks (Jackie) of Livermore, Connie Moore of Island and Carol Ann Hicks of Livermore; his stepdaughter Nila Edge of Owensboro; and his siblings, Hub Hicks of Livermore, W. E. Hicks of Livermore, Charles Hicks of Livermore, Mike Hicks of Livermore and Mary Ann Hicks of Livermore. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a step great grandchild.
