She was predeceased by: her sister Ruby Revlett. She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Kathy) of Central City, Kathy Smith (Charles Bray) and Anita Smith; and her sisters, Dorothy DePhillips of Calhoun and Patsy Coomes of Calvert City. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
