He was predeceased by: his parents, John Amos and Hazel Marie Hoover Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fleming; his daughter Beth Fleming of Central City; his siblings, Dean Fleming of Drakesboro and Aline Cartwright of Greenville; his mother-in-law Lillian Jones of Lewisport; and his siblings-in-law, Darrel Cotton (Teresa) of Tennessee and Kathy Campbell (Osa) of Lewisport.
