He is survived by: his wife Carrie Revlett; his children, Damien Revlett of Livermore and Amanda Tiara Revlett of Owensboro; his grandson Kamden Revlett; his parents, Dennis Revlett and Sue Revlett of Livermore; and his sister Angela Gregory (Jim) of Niagara.
