He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Martin "Hot Tom" and Eunice Altis Porter Frizzell. He is survived by: his wife Joanie Frizzell; his children, Matt Frizzell of Livermore and Amy Noffsinger (John) of Sacramento; his grandchildren, Johnathan Noffsinger (Anna), Hunter Noffsinger, Jaycee Noffsinger and Gavin Noffsinger; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Noffsinger and Conor Noffsinger; and his sisters, Patsy Holder (Jan) of Island and Barbara Trimble (Conrad) of Livermore.
