He is survived by: his wife Donna Gibson Tackett; his daughters, Melissa Little of Millard and Betty Tackett of Pikeville; his siblings, Edgel Tackett of Little Robinson, Jeffery Tackett of Little Robinson, Rodney Tackett of Shelbiana, Sharon Akers of Little Robinson and Donna Caudill of Little Robinson; and his grandchildren, Tommy Blake Norman, John Norman and Amelia Thompson.
