He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Casebolt and Rebecca Younce Casebolt; his son Sam Casebolt III; and his siblings, Francis Little, Phyllis Holt, Joyce Compton, Loretta Adkins, Fannie Newsome, Don Casebolt, Brack Casebolt, Danny Casebolt and Russell Casebolt.
He is survived by: his daughter Katie Bentley of Winchester; his sister Linda Kay Little Tackett of Robinson Creek; and his grandchildren, Hallie Pollard, Will Bentley, Shelby Casebolt and Aubrey Casebolt.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
