He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Jay Partin and Elva McFarland Partin; and his wife Betty Lou Davis Partin. He is survived by: his sister Melva Scroggins of Burlington; and his nieces and nephews, Pat Stephens of Burlington, Connie Boise of Burlington, Linda Arlinghaus of Petersburg, Robert Scroggins of Erlanger, Kentucky. and John Scroggins of Erlanger, Kentucky..
