She is survived by: her brother William Stephenson, Jr.; her sister-in-law Dorothy Ann Stephenson; her nephew Billy Ray Stephenson; her great-nephew Raymond Stephenson; her daughters, Sidney Dale (Allen) of Scott Depot, WV and Grace Meiklan Ruark (Kirk) of New Orleans, LA; her brother David Heath of Tallahassee, FL; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Jones (Cliff), Ethan Dale and Courtney Ruark-Thompson (Grant); her nieces, Sue Douglas of Jacksonville, FL, Betty Powell (Frank) of Brandenburg and Debbie Humphrey of Battletown; and her nephew James Stephenson (Kay) of Payneville. She is also survived by three step- great-grandchildren.
