He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sexton Whitaker; his children, Brittany (Nick), Brandi (Josh) and Christopher Whitaker; his sisters, Ruth Noble of Dry Fork and Judy Dent (Bennie) of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Shawntaya, Christopher David, Zoey and Ellie Grace.
