He is survived by: his daughters, Jayme Nicole Billiter (James "Taco") of East Point and Emily Hope Carter (Seth) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his sisters, Carol Ann Auxier Branham (Don) of East Point and Ora Lee Auxier McKenzie (Mick) of Paintsville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Andrew Logan Preston, Christopher Brody Carter, Bentley Graham Carter and Bailey Chase Carter.
