She is survived by: her parents, Mary Hoover Wells of Pikeville and Larry Wells of Mt. Sterling; her husband Wendle Lewis; her children, Robbie Epperson (Lexi Little) of Pikeville, Colby Lewis of Pikeville and Marissa Lewis of Pikeville; her siblings, Larry Buster Wells of Pikeville, Crissie Walker of Carrollton and Nickie Wells of Mt. Sterling; and her grandchildren, Maislee Brooke Epperson and Haven Skye Epperson.
