He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bruce Duncan; his children, Crystal of Henderson, Kentucky and Jeremy of Henderson, Kentucky; his siblings, Betty Ann, Frances, Donna, Cleo, John, Thomas, Glenn, Terry and Greg; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Bowman and Lorelei. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
