He was predeceased by : his parent Kermitt Boggs Bailey; his wife Malvery Hall-Bailey; his daughters, Mary Gibson and Abby Perry; his father Troy Sr. Boggs-Bailey; and his siblings, Burke Bailey, Lowell Ray Bailey, David D. Bailey, Rosco Bailey, Deloris Jean Blair and Rosa Nadine Johnson.
He is survived by : his daughter Peggy Venoy (Shane); his grandchildren, Kyle (Tyesha), Lucas and Emily; his great grandchild Calirissa; and his sons-in-law, Mark Gibson and Brian Perry.
