He was predeceased by : his parents, Osee Vance and Ethel Thornsberry Vance; and his siblings, Rosie L. Williams and Ogel Lee Vance. He is survived by : his son Stuart Randall Vance; and his siblings, Randall Vance, Dulcie Mullins (Danny), Linda L. Combs (Larry) and Clercy Sexton Host (Mikel). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
